We have recently completed our Membership Satisfaction Survey. Firstly, a big thanks to those members who have completed the survey. As the intent is to build a stronger Rotary Club of Waterfront.
22 responses were received. 59,1% of the members showed that they are satisfied with being a club member and that they are proud to attend the Rotary Club of Waterfront.
The results further showed that members:
• enjoy club meetings
• feel included and the club has a welcoming environment allowing members to freely express themselves.

The survey further revealed that the members are involved in ways that match their interests and skills however more effort is needed in the area of diversification.
There was a further call for club members to think big, focus on quality and involve more members in key projects.
