Inviting Salesians School Students to Join the Largest Youth Movement

Our goal for the workshop on 14 March was to invite students enrolled in Salesians School’s LIVE 2 LEARN programme to join the largest youth movement of our time. The establishment of a Peacebuilding Youth Champions Club at the school was the subject of our workshop and informational session on Billion Acts of Peace.

Objectives of the Peacebuilding Champions Club

The youth-led PeaceBuilding Champions Club at Salesians will use service to uplift the school community and its surroundings. The club will work together on service-learning projects that have a genuine impact while exploring themes like discovering your purpose, honing your leadership skills, resolving conflict, building inclusive communities, and becoming an agent for change. The club will draw inspiration from the PeaceJam’s Nobel Laureates.
