Trauma to Triumph by Karen Botha appears to be a deeply personal and transformational journey about turning pain, adversity, and emotional wounds into healing, empowerment, and purpose. The book explores how trauma does not have to define one’s destiny, but can instead become a catalyst for growth, resilience, leadership, and inner transformation. Through reflection, healing, and courage, the message encourages readers to reclaim their voice, rediscover their strength, and move from surviving to truly thriving — ultimately becoming “Healed | Empowered | Unstoppable.

Final takeaway: “It’s not about erasing the past. It’s about no longer being run by it.” Janet thanked Karen for an informative talk on a topic critically relevant in our society today.
