“Soooo lekke mc’ing a morning show today. A special performance @baxtertheatre for our wonderful senior members of society 🥰 As part of the Cape Town Big Band Jazz Festival. So good. Had me jolling in the wings. Fantastic to witness the talent from Steenberg High, South Peninsula and Groote Schuur High. I unfortunately didn’t get a pic with Groote Schuur. Next time for sure!

Our Golden Oldies (approximately 50) from the five Noah Homes RCW supports attended, kindly sponsored by Ann Bar and Big Band Concerts. The elderly were treated to a super special show with Marc Lottering as emcee. Big thanks to Maryka Vermaak and Vaughan Pierce for coordinating. Also appreciation to Pick ‘n Pay for the Goody Bags and to Rain Morgan (Pieter Swart’s partner) and Rain’s Mother for making and providing the Beanies. What a bonanza for these elderly folk. 🎸🎺🎹🎷
