On Saturday, 18 March 2023, thanks to Makers Landing, V&A Waterfront, we hosted our in-person coaching session. Our small business owners each presented their products and progress. It was good to hear about the increase in sales reported by some whilst others were advocating the need for aggressive marketing and ongoing innovation to meet the continuous needs of customers. The founder of Enliven Consolidated (Pty) Ltd gave us a preview of his latest eco-friendly product up-cycling unsold retail clothing converted into shopping bags for daily use.
